Privacy and GDPR
How we handle your personal data
We keep personal data collection limited to what we need to answer enquiries, provide accounting services, and meet Bulgarian legal obligations.
What we collect
Personal data is limited to contact and service-request details
When you contact us
We may process your name, email address, subject, message, and any company details you choose to share. The contact form also includes a hidden anti-spam field and a privacy consent checkbox.
When you call or message us
If you call, use WhatsApp, or follow a contact link, the third-party service you choose may process your data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote or next step, and keep records required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to answer you, manage the relationship, and satisfy legal or accounting retention duties.
Legal basis and sharing
We normally process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to pursue our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers that help us run the site or deliver communication tools, and with professional advisers when required for accounting, tax, or legal work.
Because our site uses Google Fonts and can load Google Maps when you choose to view the map, your browser may connect to Google servers when those resources are used. Google measurement stays off unless you allow analytics. If you do allow it, the Google tag may load with your consent settings applied.
If you allow analytics, we may use Google Analytics measurement to understand page visits, contact actions, and general site usage. If you do not allow analytics, those storage-based analytics features remain denied.
Your rights

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion where legally allowed

- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
